			<p>Alexar led a BBB online session to help members with their talk ideas, to brainstorm around their talk proposals for LCA 2022.</p>

			<p>The overall experience was good. We came up with a format to go through everyone's idea and provide feedback for them as a group. Something worth doing again in the future. We also now have potential lightning talks for upcoming events.</p>
